After using a special electric saw to cut away Jerry's ribcage, it was possible to get a pretty good view of most of his major organs. You couldn't see everything right away though, because some stuff is behind other stuff. It's kind of like when you get floor tickets, and you get stuck behind those dudes in the taping section, and all those big boom mikes are blocking your view. It's hard to see then.
